The RVRSA Board Representatives - 2011

BOARD REPRESENTATIVES

• The Representatives of the Board of the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority are appointed by the respective governing bodies of the member municipalities for a five year term.
• At the annual re-organization meeting Board officer positions are elected for Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.
• The positions of the Chairman and Vice Chairman are limited to no more than two consecutive annual terms.
• The municipal Representatives serve the Board of the RVRSA at no compensation, with exception of those who hold the positions of the Secretary and the Treasurer, who are each compensated at annual amount of $5,600.00.

NOTE: For FY 2011 the current Treasurer of the Board has declined to accept the above enumerated
compensation.
